[2024, Aug 3] We went to Lucha today, a Mexican restaurant. We had nachos with beer and mojito. Everything—from the taste and portion size to the staff—was fantastic. I'm not an expert in Mexican food, but the nachos were delicious, loaded with cheese yet not overwhelming, and full of fresh ingredients. You can even add extra protein if you want to. The environment is so nice and exciting; the decorations make you feel like you're sitting in a Mexican restaurant, at least I felt that way. It's also a great place to take pictures. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely try other dishes next time. Update [January, 2025] This time, I went for the heavyweight bowl with beef brisket and green salsa. It was both nice and delicious. The portion size was just enough for one person, so it’s not really something you can share. Price-wise, it might be a bit steep compared to other Mexican spots, but the presentation made up for it. Taste-wise, nothing felt off—I really enjoyed the fat pieces in the brisket, and the tortilla chips were a nice touch. Definitely recommend giving it a try!
Oh this restaurant was such a sweet surprise! The service was great..the food was spot on. And the margaritas taste just like they do in Mexico. The hot salsa was fiery, not the typical gringo hot. We Will definitely keep this place in mind for the next time we are in van!
My husband and I had a wonderful dinner at Lucha Libre. Our server was excellent and was able to recommend items when we asked and we were not disappointed. The cocktails were also delicious and there was a great atmosphere even though we were there quite early. It was getting busier and busier by the time we left so I would advise booking before hand.

Stumbled on this restaurant and it was quite the delicious find. Sadly I have empty plates for most of our food becuase the food was soooo good. We had the Guacamole and chips, flautas, barbadoa tacos and orchata...everything was absolutely delicious and I hope to come back.
Very friendly and expedient service! We also loved their decor - unique and appropriate. Good portion sizes; the burrito bowl, tacos, and churros were delicious! I am just sad I kept dropping the food... (both because I am clumsy and the tacos were fully loaded!) Definitely plan on coming back again :)

Excellent food, so delicious and a great portion for the price. The flavours of margaritas were so fun and yummy too! It’s a fun atmosphere and great service too. I definitely recommend and would come back.
